This bedside lamp consists of olive wood. The olive is native from Europe and eastern Africa. The colour of the heartwood is cream or yellowish brown with darker brown or black differentiating streaks. The grain can be straight, interlocked or wild. The base was finely sanded and coated with a high quality lacquer for durability and design. It is also very easy to clean.
