The geometric wood lamp is a modern design lamp with a minimalist design created from meranti and birch wood that can fit in any room even if the style is classical, modern, vintage or industrial. It has no shade, the bulb being in the centre of attention. The meranti wood otherwise called Philippine mahogany is initially from Southeast Asia. It’s a dim ruddy or purplish darker, fundamentally with white sap streaks present. The grain can be straight or interlocked.

The birch wood is originally from North-eastern North America. The shade of the birch is light rosy dark coloured with about white sapwood. The grain is commonly straight or marginally wavy with a fine, even surface.
As a bedside lamp it provides an intimate, soft lighting for reading in bed, for watching your evening movie or just for relaxing after a long day. It can function as a nightstand lamp or simply to fill out the bedroom light. It’s easy to turn on/off because the switch is placed on the body. It is a great start for any room makeover.
