The flames floor lamp is a two-colour wood lamp perfect for your evening readings designed from ash and meranti.

The Ash is native from Eastern North America. The heartwood is light to a medium brown colour and the grain is almost always straight and regular. The Meranti, also called Philippine Mahogany is a pale-yellowish orange wood when freshly cut, ageing to a golden yellow brown. It has coarse texture with interlocked grain.

The wood’s glow was given by carefully sanding it and coating with a transparent Italian lacquer to give the durability of the finish. It is also very easy to clean and maintain. For accessibility the switch is placed on the string. This handmade lamp fits both in traditional insides and present-day furnishings. Situated in the bedroom, it can be a pleasant reading company, close to the lounge room couch, it will give you that local enjoyable light when watching a movie. It is an easy way to transform a room just by placing it.
